One is an “editing desk” that has a fixed time throughout the week where the editor sits at a location in the company, preferably also having access to correspond through an intra-mail system. Employees can email and follow up with a meeting or come straight to the desk to meet with the editor. An example would be to have the desk open from 1 to 4pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Another way to have this service is strictly through email to Create Ltd. This is effective for lower volume or rush jobs.
